I told him about the $2 Portrait project and he started posing for pictures.<br><br>Frankie is 48 years old and has been in San Francisco for 8 years. He was born and raised in Texas and still has family there. I asked him what kind of work he used to do and he said &quot;volunteer work&quot;. He was no more specific than that. I gave Frankie $2 and he immediately asked for more, which I found ironic since his first request was only for change.
