Walking around one night in Prague, I saw him approaching folks with his hand out. An unusual sight there since most panhandlers take a very subserviant position on their knees with head down and literally hat in hand.<br><br>When he approached me, I attempted to speak with him, but he spoke no English and I spoke no Czech. I showed him my camera and a 50 Kc coin and he nodded.<br><br>Taken 9/29/13
