Federal Plaza<br>Chicago, IL<br><br>Not often does one just happen onto a scene that is framed just perfectly.<br><br>Walking back to the train with my buddy Steve after photographing the area around Lollapalooza, we came across these guys waiting their turn to skateboard. "Don't move!!" was our first reaction and these guys were really chill and complied.
